Allan jointly leads Buddle Findlay's TMT practice with particular expertise in privacy, data and cyber issues, working with clients on privacy compliance programmes and on cyber breach preparedness and responses.  He advises on the development and implementation of cyber breach response policies and playbooks and in supporting businesses in the aftermath of an incident.  His broader practice covers technology development and procurement, commercial contracting and transactions in the technology, media, telecommunications and digital infrastructure sectors.
